sOy GiRl

So some of you might think this is gross, but for about a month Sadie has had runny pooper diapers, and she's been getting a rash on and off, but nothing major...until this week it has been like really really bad like 5 or 6 major ones a day and she ScReAmS everytime we change her because her little bum is so raw! So I finally called the Doctor...and the verdict is MiLk! Which she absolutely loves so I feel kindof bad and was so afraid she wouldn't take soy, but she has done really well with it. I've been mixing Vanilla with plain to it's not so bad to start. The Doctor said it will still take 3 weeks to see results before we can know for sure, but I'm crossing my fingers and praying that it will work. He said it probably won't be permanent which is a good thing and that when she is a bit older we can try giving regular milk to her again... so here's to hoping!
Sadie and Grandpa Ed lounging on the new Love seat! Man that thing is comfortable...wish it were mine :)

My friend from...well actually like my whole life I think we started hanging out in 2nd grade! Anyway Andrea Combes came home from Alaska for a few weeks so we had to get together for breakfast just to catch up on things. She is so fun and always moving around so I don't get to see her much so whenever I get the chance I jump on it! She is absolutely amazing and is alway doing so much with her life and starting new adventures! Andrea I'm so glad you called to let me know you were home for a bit it was great to see you! Good luck back in Alaska I hope you enjoy staying a little longer than you planned on originally!

Hey there how are you, I think its great that you found me on here..! Thanks for the comment..thats so sad to hear about sadies allergy problem poor thing she's such a doll though..I can kinda relate jaxton had an allergy to every brand of diaper except huggies. His bum would get really dry and chapped and pretty raw...you feel so bad for them and wished you could take their pain away :( anyways it was good hearing from you.

I can't believe it about Sy either! I have not even met the kid yet but he sounds great and he has been great for Stacey! Hopefully next time we make it to Preston we will meet. I am coming for Natalie Sharps baby shower on Nov 8th.

Ryanne had a milk protien allergy, and we couldn't give her anything with milk protien in it. She drank soy and couldn't have any dairy for 6 months, but thankfully she is over it. Good luck and I hope it is just a stage like Ryanne's was.
