So just for those of you who want to know how to make a tutu this is the web sight. I got my tooling from Walmart for $1 a yard and used about 2 1/2 or 3 yards all together on her tutu. I used Elastic instead of ribbion and just sewed the ends together. It was sooo sooo easy.
