Orphan Child?

tO cUt..or... NoT tO cUt?

Okay so I'm taking my baby (yes I still consider her my baby too) in for her two year pictures this week and can't help but wonder if it isn't time to give her hair a little more style... Honestly I just hate to do it because well... that would mean she's growing up and I'm just not sure if I can handle that. Then on the other hand (and maybe it's the hair stylist in me) I'm going insane thinking she looks like a rag doll some days. The back and bangs are curly (oh her cute curls :( )and the rest is stick straight! Basically I'm wondering if I cut it into somewhat of a bob or if I just trim it up a bit? I would love for it to just be long and gorgeous
(but lets face it...it's definately not looking gorgeous right now)
and I know by cutting it I'm just prolonging that happening but at least it will all grow out together.
I guess basically I'm asking all of your opinions. If needed please look at previous post to help with your decision and let me know ASAP pictures are coming right up!
Do we dare?
P.S. I think the thought of this makes Eli even sadder than I am.

well the other day when i got my hair cut they also did reese's - mostly just a bang trim, but they did also even everything else out -- she definintely looks a tad better (try dealing with stick straight all over her head, she looks like a scarecrow). just get it cut - it grows so stinking fast anyways. They are growing up!

I think a little bob would be adorable on her. But would make her look way grown up too. I'm not much help with this decision, so good luck! Your bag is way cute by the way, I would probably go with black, but I am plain. Yellow would be a splash of sunshine in everyday. Good luck on that decision too. Call if ya want. Love ya.

Okay, you know me, I'm way too outspoken to NOT voice my opinion. lol.
I SAY CUT IT!!!!
The chick is a BIG SISTA' now!! Ya, she will look like a "big girl"... but she is! Her little adorable face is too cute to have raggity hair following behind it! She would look SO cute with a cute little 1 or 2 inch or so, trim. I PROMISE. Take this advice from a mom that A-lined BOTH of my twin girls' hair and then cried. I was so sad that I cut off the "baby hair" but honestly... it was the BEST thing I ever did. Because I got COUNTLESS compliments, and only a few short months later... the girls' hair is down to their shoulders. NO JOKE! And they are now old enough to say... "mom... I want princess hair! Like Barbie... down on the floor!" lol So ya, they want it long now, but when they are growing up, their hair is all funky. Growing in different lengths, and textures... that I feel like a trim will only HELP this sassy gal on her way to that "long beautiful hair" that she... (or us mom's) WANT!
CUT IT! You will LOVE IT! Take an inch or so, and then look it over. You will LOVE it when you style it. SO MUCH cuter, and WAY easier to work with!
WHEW... There, off my soapbox.
I can't wait to see what you decide. And remember... no matter what me or anyone else thinks... it's JUST HAIR... and if you cut it, or if you don't... it doesn't really matter, because she's SO SUPER ADORABLE anyway!

I totally agree with Shelley, cut it, Girl! With you doing the work and having the expertise you will be able to determine the best time to stop cutting. But it needs some help now!

Go for a cute little bob!! She will love it, I bet!! And she'll look so so sweet. I know the sadness though... She'll look like such a little grown up. But a dang cute one!

I totally say cute it..now I know you will be so sad to cut her cute little girl hair, but she will look so adorable with a little bob for reals!! Just do it!

Definitely give it a trim. It would be adorable. You wouldn't even have to go as far as a bob if you didn't want to. I had a hard time doing it with Mary, but I loved it afterward and wondered why it took me so long. Good luck!
