Sadies 3 year Stats

38 lbs 1oz (90%)
3 ft 1in (60%)

Also the night before her apointment she hurt her arm/wrist when she was playing with Eli and cried the rest of the night about it. I finally told her we would have the doctor look at it in the morning if it still hurt. She woke up a couple times at night and complained about it and the next morning was up at 7. She didn't move that arm for 3 hours until her apointment. I couldn't touch it-she screamed when I got her dressed. Anyway Dr. Flippin checked it and said she thought we needed to get an x-ray. Because Sadie was so dramatic about it. So she went and told the receptionist to schedule one in the pediactric building. And then the nurse came in to give Sadie her shots. Sadie was all wiggin out cuz she hates shots so I had to hold her arms down-I felt bad because I was afraid I was hurting her arm. Then we left to go get the x ray but I wanted to stop at a store before we left cuz it's right next to the Doctors office. So while we are at the store Sadie starts swinging her arm around acting completely normal I asked her about it and she said it didn't hurt anymore. So I picked it up and put pressure on it, twisted and turned it, and she said it was fine. I asked her what happened and she said she got shots so it was better now. Well we walked right back into the Doctors office and canceled the x-ray.
Sooooo the point of this very long story is....I still don't if she was just pretending the whole time that it was worse then it was (which would be pretty smart for a 3 year old) or if I popped something back into place when I was holding her down for her shots. Either way I'm glad she is fine and it wasn't anything more serious. But I just had to document the whole situation.

3 is a tough age. I'm behind you 110% on that- If I survive Holli being three I HOPE her teenage years are better.
Silly girl!

That is so funny. I wouldn't underestimate a 3 year old. It is crazy how smart they really are.

I know, Kate, I'm kind of a dork about posting, but I make my girls Shutterfly books each year for their birthdays, and I just think it makes it easier to have it all written down, so I can just check my blog if I didn't keep them up throughout the year. The pictures with Santa and the reindeer were at a Festival of Trees that Boise has each year. I think we're still going to go to the mall to see Santa, but we haven't yet. Thanks for giving me hope about my wild child... I'm not so sure about it though! : )
