Testimony

Today was our fast and testimony meeting because next week is Stake Conference here. Well while people were up bearing their testimonies Sadie said something about how "We never go up there" So I told her "Well we can go up there and share our testimonies anytime we want too, but what do you think you would say?" She looked at me with all seriousness and said "Mom, I have a lot of words in my mouth, and in my heart!" (as she put her hand over her heart) Then she told me she wanted to tell them all about how I read her the scriptures and how she reads Jonah and the whale. And I just knew I had to take her up there. Of course once we were in front of all those people she was a bit too scared to talk and I had to help her a little. It was shorter than she had planned but she said. "I love the prophet. Amen." Then when we got back to our seats she was like "Oh Mom, I forgot to tell them about Jonah!" Anyway I am so proud of her and just wanted to document her first testimony bearing experience. She is such and example to me, I love her to pieces!
