Brigham Jacob was blessed on October 9, 2011
Eli gave him a beautiful blessing, and we are so grateful my mom and dad were able to be here for it.
We made a couple attempts to get a picture of the family afterwards.
We usually try to get one at the church but it was raining when we left.

Oh and I forgot to mention we almost didn't make it for his blessing. I thought we did pretty good to leave on time and everything but when we walked into the church they were already on the last verse of the opening hymn so we literally sat down and took him out of his carseat (during the opening prayer) and then it was time for them to go up! Can you imagine if we hadn't been there? How embarrassing. Our friends the Byers came to our ward for the blessing and said they just kept looking around for us and were getting nervous but thought maybe we had decided not to do it that day and had forgot to tell them....Oh dear :/

Too funny you were late. I have never seen President Moser walk in a meeting late. BUt the baby is so cute and I love his blessing outfit.
