The following story of the labor and birth is more for my sake then anything else and I know it's quite long so don't feel obligated to read.

Well my due date was originally Oct 2 so we bought Mom and Dad Mosers plane tickets for the 3rd and then they changed my due date to Sept 25. Well I was dilated to a 3 two weeks before my apointment and my Dr. was leaving town the week of my due date and offered to start me the next week but I decided to wait because I didn't want him to be born to close to Sadie's birthday. When I went in the day before my Dr. left I was dilated to a 4 and she said well I bet that baby will be here before I get back....nope he wasn't.
I went in Monday the 26 and was dialated to a 5. Dr. Sulak stripped my membranes and then said she didn't think I would last long since I was so far dialated and if I wanted my epidural (which I did!!!) as soon as my contractions got bad I needed to get right in there. Then she was like actually I'm gonna call labor and delivery right now and see if they can get you in. She called and they were full but she said she would call me later that morning and let me know if they had room. I got home and was definately having contractions but they were still 15 minutes apart then they went to 10...and then a little less but still weren't really major. Then the Dr. called and told me to be in there at 12:30 so Eli came home from work and we took the kids down to my friend jessicas house. They didn't actually get me into a room until 1:30 and then they wanted to monitor my contractions for a while. Well of course when I was just laying in a bed not chasing kids around they slowed way down. So finally around 3:30 they gave me some pitossin(sp?) and then around 5:00 I got my epidural and Sulak came about 1/2 hour later and broke my water. Then they took me off pitossin because she had an emergency c-section but my contractons were pretty much already in full swing. A little over and hour later I started feeling a little pressure like I needed to push-but no one had been in to check me for a while and see if I had dialated more so I just kept waiting because I thought it had been so long they should be in to check me any minute. Finally 20 minutes after feeling like I needed to push I called the nurse in and told her I thought I was ready. She checked and sure enough it was time. I only had to push about 5 or 6 times and sweet little Brigham entered the world. This sounds cheesy but those are 3 of my favorite moments in life-when each of my kids came into the world. Just that feeling of pride and happiness when you see/hear them for the first time and your eyes feel with tears then they hand you that sweet baby and you just love them so much already! We are so happy he is here in our lives in brings the sweetest spirit of love into our home it is amazing how he just belongs with us!

Look at this proud Daddy! I love this picture!!!
Brother and sister got to come see him for the first time the next morning. The pictures show there love for him I don't even need to say it but they adore this little guy!

 Ready to go home!
