Easter

We had a lot of fun at Easter this year. We of course did the great tradition of coloring eggs which the kids absolutely loved.  We didn't make it to any city easter egg hunts this year or anything so we did our own on Sunday morning at the McCalls before church. I love all the sweet pictures of the kids dashing through the yard to get the eggs. Jessica and I thought we filled a ton of eggs and the kids would be outside forever. Um yah..it took them like 5 minutes. But they all got plenty of eggs and plenty of candy. Sadie was such a sweet helper to Benjamin during the hunt to make sure he got enough easter eggs.
After church we back to the McCalls for dinner they had fixed us Ham and Turkey and Pie and everything else delish!
This year we also did the 12 days of Easter with the egg carton and it was really neat to do it with the kids. Especially Sadie because she is starting to understand things like that more and I really want them to understand growing up that there is more to Easter than the Easter Bunny.
