Pinkalicious!

Our little pinkalicous cupcake turned 3 on the 20th. THREE! Can you believe that? I seriously can't she is 3 going on 16 that's for sure. Growing up way to fast with an attitude to prove it! Man that girl keeps me on my toes! I love her so much and hope she knows that through all the yelling I do. (my sister warned me 3 would be worse then 2...I'm beginning to realize she was right) Even though somedays I think I might go crazy I love that little girl so so much and can't believe all of the grown up things that she says and does. I think she acts so grown up because I expect so much from her. Is this something everyone does with there first child? Even though when I think about her being 3 I'm like WOW that is so big. But then I really treat her like she is 6 or 7 most of the time. Poor girl. I need to start cutting her some slack!
Well she loves the Pinkalicious books so....that's what we did for her party. We read pinkalicous and decorated cupcakes! It turned out to be a hit!

Kate and Sadie

Those two went crazy with the sprinkles...then they would lick them off and put on more haha

Julie enjoyed decorating cupcakes with us too!
 The guys...

Do you think she looks excited? She was!!! I felt bad tho because there was a small breeze and I could only get one candle to stay lit.

Opening gifts! She was so spoiled loved on her special day. She got so many fun things all of them new favorites...Play Dough, Barbies, Table, Kitten, Puppy, Play food not to mention all the fun things she got in the mail! Thanks everyone for loving my baby so much! Yes she can still be my baby even though when I call her that she says "NO mom I'm not a baby, I'm a princess!" And you know what she really is a princess too, so that's okay!
We love you Princess Sadie Bug!
Thanks for always making us smile

Such a cute girl, and I feel the same way about treating her like she's older. I do the same thing and then feel horrible thinking that maybe I'm demanding too much of her and need to give her a break. You're a great mom. I hope I am to :-). So here's the parenting book I am reading "Love and Logic Magic for Early Childhood: Practical Parenting from Birth to Six Years" I totally think it's worth reading.
